Set the oven to 250 degrees, preferably grill function.

Mix all the ingredients for the kebab in a bowl. Take out an oven tray and flatten the meat into a thin layer on the tray.

Then cut or mark long strips in the sheet of meat to resemble kebabs. This makes it easier to share the kebab when it has been grilled.

Split two of the red onions into 4 parts each, and spread out on the kebab plate. then bake in the top of the oven for about 12-15 minutes.

Chop vegetables, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, parsley and a red onion.

Remove and serve immediately. Fill up the flatbreads with optional accessories. Enjoy!
