A moped driver in his 50s is dead after a traffic accident that occurred on Saturday evening in Svenljunga municipality. It was around 8 p.m. that an alarm was received by the police that a man had driven off the road, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
According to Borås newspaper, the accident must have occurred on a minor road and there should not have been any major traffic impact.
The police have seized the moped for investigation.
– To make sure there was nothing wrong with the moped. But we do not suspect the driver of any crime, says Aki Kononen, at the police to Borås newspaper.
