Hundreds of climate protesters gathered in central Stockholm on Friday.
– Right now it’s easier to travel on water or underground, so if you’re going to travel in the inner city, we recommend you take the subway or shuttle boat, says Elin Lindström, who is a press communicator at Stockholm’s local transport.
The demonstration train started at Sergels torg and will go to the coin square. Public transport in the inner city between these locations is therefore heavily affected with several canceled and rescheduled bus routes. Traffic disruptions are expected to last until 6 p.m. according to SL.
