The fire broke out just before 2:40 p.m. Wednesday. The convention center was immediately evacuated. About 400 people had to leave the building. In the building was a meeting of Vilans, a knowledge organization for healthcare. A lot of smoke was released during the fire. Residents were urged to keep windows and doors closed.
