Jean-Christophe Lagarde is the subject of a complaint for “breach of trust”. It was filed at the end of June by the journalist of the magazine Point, Aziz Zemouri. He is the author of the article by which the scandal happened. He questioned the couple of deputies La France insoumise, Raquel Garrido and Alexis Corbière, accusing them of making an Algerian national without papers work at hellish rates.

Shortly after the article appeared on the website of the Point, the two elected officials had formally denied and the next day, a rare thing, the report was withdrawn. The director of the weekly had apologized to them, explaining that checks had shown that errors had been made. And the newspaper had admitted that the article had revealed false ” and ” lying in an address to readers.

Journalist Aziz Zemouri claims to be the victim of manipulation. He has since filed a complaint against his informants: the president of the UDI party, Jean-Christophe Lagarde, one of his collaborators and a former police officer, Anouar Bouhadjela, known as Noam Anouar, who today works for the town hall of Drancy, near Paris. , a city of which the wife of Jean-Christophe Lagarde is mayor. It is this policeman who would have transmitted to the reporter the contacts of the so-called undeclared cleaning lady.
The article and its false information had been published three days after the defeat of Jean-Christophe Lagarde in the legislative elections of June 2022. He had been beaten by Raquel Garrido, in Seine-Saint-Denis.
