(Finance) – OVS has announced that it has purchasedbetween 25 and 31 August 2022, overall 568,095 ordinary shares (equal to 0.195% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 1.5213 euros, for a countervalue equal to 864,234.47 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 31, 2022, in continuation of the implementation of the buy-back program already launched on February 2, 2022.
Following the transactions carried out to date, the clothing leader in Italy holds a total of 9,664,626 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 3.3221% of the share capital.
In the meantime, on the Milanese list, the performance of OVS which stands at 1,527 euros, with an increase of 1.87%.
