(Finance) – In the course of 2021, the receiving groups of Basic income (RdC) have passed 1.59 millionwhile those earners of Citizenship pension (PdC) were 169 thousand, for a total of over 1.76 million families and almost 3.94 million people involved and an average amount of about 546 euros. This is what was found by the latest Observatory published byInps. The data relating to the single month of December refer to over 1.37 million total recipients, with more than three million people involved and an average monthly amount disbursed at national level of 545 euros (576 euros for the RdC and 280 euros for the PdC).
L’average amount it varies considerably with the number of family members, and ranges from a minimum of 446 euros for single-members to a maximum of 698 euros for families with four members. For households with the presence of minors (almost 500 thousand, with 1.66 million people involved), the average monthly amount is 659 euros, and ranges from a minimum of 576 euros for households made up of two people to 696 euros for those consisting of four people. The nuclei with the presence of invalid there are almost 235 thousand, with 542 thousand people involved. The average amount is € 539, with a minimum of € 427 for households made up of one person and € 715 for those made up of five people.
The audience of citizenship income and citizenship pension recipients is made up of 2.6 million Italian citizens, 313 thousand non-EU citizens with EU residence permits and about 115 thousand European citizens. The distribution by geographical areas for the month of December 2021 sees over 591 thousand beneficiaries in the North, almost 429 thousand in the Center and more than two million in the South and Islands area. In 2021, the revocations they involved over 109 thousand households and almost 314 thousand decays.
On the other hand, there are over 594 thousand households to which at least one month’s salary, of the three foreseen, has been paid Emergency income in 2021 with an average monthly amount of around € 545 and a number of people involved in excess 1.35 million. Over 828 thousand are Italian citizens (almost 324 thousand households with an average monthly amount of 582 euros), almost 442 thousand non-EU citizens (about 234 thousand households with an average monthly amount of 494 euros) and almost 82 thousand EU citizens (almost 37 thousand households and average monthly amount of 536 euros).
The Sostegni decree bis provided for the recognition, on request, of four emergency income quotas, for the months of June, July, August and September 2021, in addition to the quotas already provided for by the Support Decree. Almost 555 thousand households were paid at least one month’s salary in 2021, with an average monthly amount of 538 euros and a number of people involved of over 1.23 million. Over 742 thousand are Italian citizens (more than 292 thousand households with an average monthly amount of 580 euros), almost 413 thousand non-EU citizens (227 thousand households with an average monthly amount of 487 euros) and 77 thousand EU citizens (over 36 thousand households and an average monthly amount of 523 EUR).
