Province of Utrecht – Charlotte Kool has won the third stage of the Simac Ladies Tour. The rider of Team DSM ‘was allowed’ to win the stage over 139 kilometers with start and finish in Gennep from her teammate Lorena Wiebes. In recent days Kool brought the Mijdrechtse into position in the first and second stage, which Wiebes won.
