During 2020, Anita Gimvall built a hut in Stenträsket, Vindelfjällen nature reserve, within the beach protection area. According to the lawsuit, the measure has caused damage, risk of damage or other inconvenience to the environmental values that are intended to be protected in the nature reserve.
The County Administrative Board believes that she completely lacks a permit for construction in the area.
This is not Anita Gimvall’s first building in the area, she had a hothouse in the same place before, but it was burned down by the county government four years ago. She then built a new hut in the same place in 2020. She is of the opinion that she has not built illegally and invokes time immemorial as her ancestors have been horny in the place.
