(Finance) – Bifirea company founded in 2002 by Alberto Abbo and Alfredo Varini specialized in the production of products for thermal insulation e
for fire protection in construction and industry, announces that the Director Alfredo Varinisecond shareholder with 15.62% of the share capital of Bifire, has resigned its own resignation from the Board of Directors.
Varini will maintain its operation within the company as Commercial Technical Director and R&D Director. He will be replaced on the Board by Alessandro Porro, Bifire’s Chief Financial Officer since 2015.
