Axfood is recalling four chicken products that have been found to contain salmonella. This applies to “Eldorado chicken breast fillet, 400 grams”, Eldorado chicken wings, 600 grams”, “Eldorado chicken legs, 550 grams” and “Top Choice Poultry chicken breast fillet without skin, 2.5 kilos”, all with a use-by date of September 9 this year. The products contains imported fresh chicken from Latvia and the salmonella infection was discovered during a routine check at the supplier, the grocery giant states in a press release. “Some products went out yesterday and some products today before we could stop it.
