The rainy weather in southern Sweden continues to cause problems – in one day it has rained for two months. Linköping has received around 100 millimeters of rain in the past 24 hours. One of the victims is Sven Wiberg, who had to spend Sunday shoveling water from his basement. In addition, the rain chaos looks set to continue, SMHI warns.
