As of today, Monday, and for the next four days, large gatherings are prohibited in, among other places, the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv and Kharkiv. This as part of the preparations for Ukraine celebrating 31 years of independence – something that many believe will be met with an intensification of Russian missile attacks against the country.
– For 180 days – for almost six months – the absolute majority of us have been sure that we will win the battle for Ukraine. We stand united and have greater self-confidence than we have had for many years, says the country’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
