A seized Russian luxury yacht in Gibraltar could be a bargain for those with a big wallet. The boat will be the first in its price range to be sold at auction, since the sanctions against Russia were introduced due to the war in Ukraine.
The luxury yacht Axioma is estimated to be worth the equivalent of around SEK 790 million, reports report BBC. Since the sale is set for a single day – Tuesday – it is expected to sell well below its estimated value.
The boat, which was seized in March, takes twelve passengers and has six cabins. It is equipped with, among other things, a pool, jacuzzi, cinema and room for a crew of 20.
