Everyone gets it wrong it hurts not pleasure

Is sex really great when it’s just described as a marathon session? The only way to please a woman is to spend hours with her? Is sex good when it lasts all night or is it short?

These are just a few questions on many people’s minds when it comes to sex time. According to experts, sex lasting less than five minutes is considered premature ejaculation. Therefore, although five minutes may seem too short for some, it can be considered satisfactory for others.

When it comes to the “perfect” time, or rather the “sweet spot,” for sex time, what should one aim for?

HOW LONG SHOULD SEX LAST?

According to research, the perfect sex time is between three and 13 minutes. Penn State Erie researchers Eric Corty and Jenay Guardiani surveyed 50 members of the Society for Sex Therapy and Research to identify the sweet spot. Defined relationship activity times:

  • 1-2 minutes is too short
  • 3-7 minutes is enough
  • 7-13 minutes desired
  • 30 minutes is too long

CLICHES ARE BELIEVED!

“Unfortunately, today’s popular culture has reinforced stereotypes about sexual activity. “Many men and women seem to believe in the fantasy model of big penises, rock-hard erections, and sex that lasts all night.”

“This seems like a suitable situation for frustration and dissatisfaction,” added lead author Eric Corty, an associate professor of psychology.

IT GIVES MORE PLEASURE THAN PLEASURE

Prolonged deep friction is more painful than pleasurable for most women, although it takes about 20 minutes for women to orgasm, unlike men who need about five minutes.

82% of women need clitoral stimulation that has nothing to do with marathon-long sex sessions.

“Furthermore, too much in-and-out action can leave a woman dry and in pain,” says Laurie Mintz, a sex therapist and author of Becoming Cliterate.
