(Finance) – Monte dei Paschi di Siena Bank has allocated a ceiling of 200 million euros for an initial intervention to support families and businesses that have suffered damage as a result of exceptional atmospheric events that have occurred in the last few days. The goal is to offer concrete support to Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Veneto and other areas affected by bad weather and respond as quickly as possible to the emergency situation that has arisen.
The extraordinary measures provide for the granting of loans to businesses, traders, artisans and agricultural entrepreneurs, to restore work activities as soon as possible, as well as to families whose homes have been affected by the disaster.
The loans will benefit from particularly favorable conditions and will follow a priority investigation process to speed up the granting times.
