(Finance) – Carlo Melis from 1 September it will be the new one chief technology officer of WINDTRE. The company announced this in a note.
Melis has been operating in the Italian and international telecommunications sector for over twenty years. During his career he holds various managerial roles in the IT and Technology fields. Manager of Wind since 2002 and then of WINDTRE following the merger with H3G in 2016, it leads the consolidation and modernization process of the new network infrastructure. In 2020 he is nominated chief network officer of Three UKwhere it develops the UK’s best performing 5G network.
Graduated in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Melis in 2004 obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Bologna.
