Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, who created a controversy with her images of her dancing at a party she attended, had a drug test done.
Marin, at a press conference, announced that he had a drug test for “legal protection”.
Noting that the results will be out in a week, Marin emphasized that he drank alcohol with his friends and stated that he did not use drugs.
While advocating for her to have fun at the party, Marin said she didn’t have a formal meeting at the weekend, just spent some time with her friends and didn’t do anything illegal.
Stating that the public’s thoughts about the dance images are the people’s decision, Marin said, “It should be accepted that sometimes decision makers dance, sing and party.” he said.
MARIN’S NEW DANCE SHOWS LEAKED
New dance footage of Prime Minister Marin getting intimate with a man has been leaked. The new video, which spread on social media, also sat on the agenda of the country.
HERE ARE THE IMAGES
Videos of Prime Minister Marin having fun with Finnish celebrities, including MP Ilmari Nurminen and media presenter Tinni Wikström, were published on social media.
In the leaked footage, it was remarkable that Marin was dancing and singing wildly with her friends, and people were shouting “cocaine” in the background.
Finnish MP Mikko Karna from the Center Party, Marin’s coalition partner, urged Marin to take a drug test and announce the results to the public, on his Twitter account.
The leaked footage sparked controversy on social media, with some criticizing Marin for acting irresponsibly, while others argued that it boosted the 36-year-old prime minister’s popularity.
Marin was also the target of criticism last December for spending a night out while he was supposed to isolate himself shortly after a colleague he was in contact with tested positive for Kovid-19. (AA)
