TURKEY-RUSSIA ALLEGED FROM REUTERS
Reuters announced today at 16.00 that Turkey and Russia signed the second party S-400 agreement. Dmitri Shugayev, Director of the Russian Federal Military-Technical Cooperation Service, announced that some S-400 parts will be produced in Turkey with the contract.
