Rampant building costs are one of the reasons, and for condominium associations it is now necessary to review their maintenance plans and prepare for worse times.
– Not all associations change tribes every year, but this is done at intervals. The important thing is that the association sets aside enough funds to cope with the change of ownership when it occurs, says Markus Pålsson, business area manager at Sweden’s housing association centre.
