Carolina Klüft ended her career in 2012.
Since then, the icon has been busy with a lot that has nothing to do with athletics.
– It’s fantastic, says husband Patrik Klüft.
There is no doubt that Carolina Klüft is one of Sweden’s foremost track and field athletes of all time. The merit list is incredibly impressive, where she has, among other things, an Olympic gold medal in the heptathlon.
That’s how she lives today
She also has several WC medals to her credit, three of which are gold, and was completely superior at the Swedish championships during her time as an active player. But in 2012, she chose to put athletics on the shelf.
Since then, she has been involved in a number of different projects and, among other things, acted as an athletics expert. Nowadays, she runs several different companies with her husband Patrik Klüft and other business partners in business.
It’s about everything from Järvsöguiderna with activities and camps but also experiences, hotels, conferences and restaurants.
“Feel well”
– Business is fantastic. Many of the companies are expanding again after the pandemic. It’s a good move here, says husband Patrik Klüft to SportExpressen.
He continues:
– Both me and Carro enjoy the way we live and the way we live. Starting a business is a hell of a lot of work, but at the same time it’s both exciting and fun.
Patrik Klüft, formerly Kristiansson, is also an old track and field athlete. He competed in pole vaulting and has, among other things, a WC medals, bronze in 2003, on his merit list.
