The alarm was received by the emergency services at 01:20. The fire did not stick to the barn but spread to an outbuilding where rescue workers had to move diesel tanks and machinery to prevent further spread.
A veterinarian had to be called to euthanize cows affected by the fire.
There are no reports of any injuries.
