“Of course we also look critically at whether there are other factors, but we think this really had to do with the heat,” says chairman Judith Hoogendoorn. “We have also had cancellations from guests because of the heat. Many people prefer to sit at the pool at 33 degrees than on a hot stand at a flower parade.”
