Matti Mattsson has swum the 200 meter breaststroke EC silver. Great Britain swam faster than Mattsson in the final James Wilby with a time of 2:08.96. Mattson’s final time of 2:09.40 was 44 hundredths faster than his semi-final swim. Italy swims third Luca Pizzini with a time of 2:09.97.
