What are the solutions for recruiting in shortage occupations?

For several years, companies have been trying to attract candidates via various means, no longer limited to the simple online publication of a job offer. Targeted communication campaigns, use of social networks or even video testimonials are now part of the process of recruitment. Their objective is to promote a sector, a job, by breaking down preconceived ideas and prejudices. With the automation of tasks and the digitalization of processes, many potential candidates are not necessarily trained in new technologies.

Recruiters, to overcome these shortcomings, no longer limit themselves to experience and skills alone, but also take into account the motivation of the candidate and their personality. Companies no longer hesitate to train their next employees so that they are operational quickly after hiring. The mere prestige of a brand is no longer enough to find candidates. The company must highlight its values, its corporate culture, its working atmosphere and promote the teams already in place.
