Two years in prison for child rape
A 26-year-old man has been convicted of raping an eleven-year-old girl. The man is sentenced to two years in prison, writes Northern Scania.
The assault occurred in a town outside Hässleholm in May this year when the girl visited the 26-year-old’s home. She and the man had been in contact via Snapchat.
The 26-year-old has denied wrongdoing and said he thought the girl was older than 15. In addition to prison, the man is also sentenced to pay SEK 115,000 in damages to the girl.
