In recent weeks, Uttern Otis has conquered many hearts on social media, according to his caretaker Pernilla Hägglund.
She works as a wildlife rehabilitator on Åland and has now taken care of the otter for just over two weeks.
– I think that both Otis and I see myself as his mother now, says Pernilla Hägglund.
