(Finance) – The board of directors of UniCreditin the meeting of May 17, approved the plan for the merger by incorporation of Crivelli into UniCredit. Following the authorization by the ECB, the approved merger plan and the financial statements of the last three years of the companies participating in the merger were made available to the public today at the UniCredit registered office and online.
The documents will remain available during the thirty days preceding the merger resolution and until this is adopted and the shareholders have the right to view and obtain a copy. The merger project was filed for registration with the Business Register held by the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza, Brianza and Lodi. In consideration of the fact that UniCredit holds 100% of the share capital of Crivelli, the merger may be approved by the administrative body by UniCredit.
