Two died from an overdose

Two users at a palliative care home in Sölvesborg died after they received too high a dose of medicine.

The incident became known in April, after it was discovered that, for various reasons, the users were given too high a dose of painkillers by the same nurse and died as a result, Sydöstran writes.

The incident was reported according to Lex Maria and has been investigated by the Inspectorate for care and care (Ivo), which has made the assessment that the care provider has investigated the matter and done what they are obliged to do in terms of reporting and investigating events within the unit.
