One person has been charged with careless driving following a three-vehicle collision Monday (Aug. 8) that sent four people to hospital.
Brant OPP, Brant County Fire and Brant-Brantford paramedics were sent to the collision on Highway 24 near the Burford-Delhi Townline Road just after 2 pm A section of Highway 24 was closed for a short time while first responders attended to the scene.
One person remains in hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries while three others were treated and released.
Brant OPP have charged a 30-year-old from Norfolk County with careless driving.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford at a later date.
