Julia Borgström and national team mate Emilia Fahlin were in the lead for a long time in the line race over 125.7 kilometers, but had to drop with 14 kilometers to go when Vos and three more cyclists attacked and left the pack behind.
A breakaway that lasted all the way to the finish line.
Fahlin and Borgström remained in the group chasing the tight quartet and came in tenth and 14th place respectively, twelve seconds behind Vos.
The Dutchwoman, driving for the Jumbo-Visma stable, won the sprint ahead of Frenchwoman Audrey Cordon-Ragot, Trek-Segafredo.
21-year-old Julia Borgström had a major breakthrough in the Tour de France recently where she finished third in the U23 competition.
