A car has collided head-on with a bus in Stora Bugärde, which is outside Gothenburg. 20 people must have been on board, according to The Gothenburg Post.
According to the police, a serious accident has occurred and several people have been seriously injured.
Three ambulances have gone to hospital with patients and six ambulances remain at the scene together with the emergency services.
The road will be closed for a further time and the impounded vehicles will be recovered and examined by technicians.
