Police are focusing on searching an area about a mile west of Gislaved. In addition to regular police patrols, the police search with the help of dogs, drones and helicopters. The man was reported missing on Wednesday evening by relatives.
According to the police, the man must have left his home on foot. The police are searching an area with some houses, but also forest, fields and minor roads.
Police spokesperson Angelica Israelsson Silfver says that the situation has not changed.
