There were many strong emotions in the courtroom during the trial against the 16-year-old who admitted in interrogation that he stabbed two men in central Västerås in mid-June. Before the trial, he was found to have a serious mental disorder. His interrogation was held behind closed doors.
One of the men who was attacked told in detail and clearly how he remembers the course of events, which according to him happened very quickly. A police officer who was involved in the arrest of the 16-year-old described his state of mind as emotionless, cold and psychotic.
