The incident took place in Klockaretorpet in Norrköping on April 19 earlier this year. According to the prosecution, the suspect tried to kill the plaintiff by stabbing him in the back with a knife.
The plaintiff was awake and able to speak when he was found, but the injuries were serious and he was treated for a time in Vrinnevisikhuset’s intensive care unit.
The accused man denies any crime.
