(Finance) – SIT announced that, as part of the buy-back program approved by the shareholders’ meeting on 29 April 2022 and launched with a resolution of the Board of Directors on 11 May 2022, between 25 and 29 July 2022, purchased 1,459 SIT ordinary shares at an average unit price of € 6.7892 per share and for one countervalue total equal to 9,905.41 euros.
Following these purchases, the Company owns, as of July 29, a total of 787,506 treasury shares, equal to 3.1362% of the share capital.
On the Milanese list, today, a modest gain for SIT, which is slightly up + 0.58%.
