In Finland, on the other hand, the Ministry of Employment and the Economy (TEM) plans to launch a campaign this month asking Finns to save energy. The Ministry of the Environment, the Prime Minister’s Office, Motiva, Sitra and the Energy Agency are also involved in the project. Further details about the content of the campaign have not yet been released to the public.
In the future, public spaces in Spain must not be cooled below 27 degrees in the summer. In winter, they must not be heated above 19 degrees.
In addition, according to the new regulation, for example, stores must keep their doors closed so that heat or cold air does not enter the interior, and the lighting in the store’s display windows must be turned off no later than 10 p.m.
