A 16-year-old boy is suspected of the murder of a 55-year-old man at a gym in Stockholm at the end of March, Aftonbladet reports.

An 18-year-old was arrested on suspicion of the murder in April. He is still in custody, but the suspects have changed.

– The 16-year-old is in custody on suspicion of murder. The 18-year-old, who was previously suspected of murder, is now in custody as a suspect of aiding and abetting murder, says prosecutor Daniel Suneson to the newspaper.

It was at lunchtime on March 28 that the police were called to a gym in Vasastan in Stockholm after reports of gunfire. At the scene, a 55-year-old man was found shot in the head. He was taken by ambulance to hospital where he later died.

Another man in his 30s is in custody in the case for aiding and abetting murder, according to the prosecutor.

The 16-year-old was arrested in early July. He denies any wrongdoing and involvement in the incident, according to his lawyer.
