– It is a favor to hire more employees and to do more police work. Not all employers are lucky and our growth will continue for another couple of years where we will have even more police employees, says Christer Birgersson, Acting Regional Police Chief Mitt.
In total, the Police Authority had 35,723 employees on 30 June, of which roughly 22,000 are police officers.
