The national park of Terra Ronca (Brazil) — which owes its name to the roar of the rivers that cross it — is a magical place, in the heart of an environmental protection zone. It is the largest cave complex in all of Latin America. No less than 300 have been identified there. And even if just 17 are open to the public, it’s more than enough to fill your eyes : immense and sumptuous speleothems, of extraordinary richness, crystal clear waters… An authentic masterpiece of nature.
Marcio Cabral, the Brazilian photographer, who has won numerous awards for his work in close connection with nature, offers us here a magical glimpse of the majesty of the place. A poetic stroll through the bowels of the Earth.
