It is the fifth time that Affleck plays the mysterious Bruce Wayne. Most recently, he did the role in Zack Snyder’s version of “Justice league” (2021).
It is still unclear how big a role Affleck’s Batman will have in the film, which opens in March 2023. Jason Momoa returns in the lead role as the water king Arthur Curry. Amber Heard also appears in the sequel.
