Province of Utrecht – Agricultural waste was dumped this morning on several exits on the A12 and A28 by activist farmers. The farmers were at a number of motorways early this morning. Emergency services are currently engaged in clearing work. Sand, manure and tree stumps were also left behind on other highways in the country and some of them were set on fire.
