Finland’s final EC team will be announced at the beginning of August.

The Finnish Sports Confederation has completed its competition team for the European Athletics Championships to be held in Munich, Germany, in mid-August. The team was supplemented with athletes who have broken the result limit of the Games.
14 athletes were selected for the team. Seven players had already been selected for the team Saga Vanninen mixed Maria Huntington, 35 kilometer walkers Aleksi Ojala and Aku Bearden and marathon runners Alisa Vainio and Arttu Vattulainen.
The EC team will be supplemented at the beginning of August with athletes who are eligible for selection through the ranking.
