Most of the world suffer from snoring problem. According to figures from the British Snoring and Sleep Apnea Society, 41.5 percent of adults in the UK are susceptible to the bedtime habit, including 57 percent of adult men and 40 percent of adult women.

A British expert claimed to have a solution to snoring. He says all it takes to stop snoring is “a simple trick with your mouth.”

Psychologist Katherine Hall suggests that “repeating your vowels aloud” before bed may be the solution. Vowels: a, e, i, i, o, ö, u, ü.

“Anti-snoring throat exercises are a great way to strengthen the muscles in your throat and keep them from vibrating while you sleep. Spend a few minutes repeating each vowel aloud several times a day, and over time, you’ll see the snoring go away,” psychologist Katherine Hall said in a statement.
