The port cities of Odessa, Mykolaiv and Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine were all attacked on Tuesday morning, according to Ukraine’s military. The city’s mayor has now come out and urged all residents to be careful.
Russia bombed the port city of Odessa already over the weekend, shortly after signing an agreement with Ukraine that would allow grain to be shipped out. Russia admitted the attack, but insisted it was aimed at military targets.
