Train through Hallsberg stopped – gas leaking from carriage

All train traffic through Hallsberg has been stopped.

This after a freight train leaked gas, according to Rädningsregion Bergslagen.

The alarm about the leak came at 16.05 this afternoon. Which gas or from which wagon is still unclear and is being investigated in this regard now.

It is also unclear how long the work will last.

All staff on the train have been told to go into a terminal building until the emergency services say otherwise.
