(Finance) – They pop up new shares in the capital from Saipem after the 2 billion euro capital increase and the subscription of part of the unsubscribed by the banks of the underwriting syndicate. Intesa Sanpaolo has a 3.42% share, Eni has 31.19% and Marathon Asset Management has reduced the stake from 5.2% to 0.05%. This can be learned from the Consob communications relating to significant shareholdings.
All operations date back to July 19, validity date of the composition of the new capital share capital of Saipem following the indivisible paid capital increase.
