(Finance) – Consob requested some additional information to Italian post about theOPA on Sourcesense and therefore ordered the suspension of the terms of the investigation for the approval of the offer document until the completion of the information framework and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 15 days from 22 July 2022.
At the end of June, Poste Italiane announced avoluntary public tender offer for cash on all ordinary shares and warrants of Sourcesense, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the IT sector on the Italian and English markets. The goal is to strengthen its internal development skills of applications based on cloud technology and open source.
