(Finance) – The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has announced the issuance of 6 billion euros of 6-month BOTs. In particular, BTPs with maturity 31/01/2023 and ISIN IT0005500035 will be placed. The titles go up for auction on Tuesday 27 July. The settlement date is Friday 29 July. Due on July 29, 2022, there are € 6.38 billion of 6-month BOTs.
BOTs are auctioned with the competitive auction placement system, with requests from operators expressed in terms of performance. Each of the operators participating in the auctions can submit up to a maximum of five purchase requests. The vouchers can be subscribed for a minimum amount of one thousand euros.
