The police in Skellefteå are now appealing for tips in the investigation into the attempted murder and rape of a young girl on Morö Backe, in Skellefteå.
Among other things, the police want to get in touch with three specific witnesses who were in the area at the time of the attempted murder.
– The first is a woman who was playing with a child in the playground at Morö Backe school at about 4pm on this day. The other person we want to make contact with is a man with a small dog, who was out walking along a footpath near the crime scene. This too must have been around 4 p.m., says Charlotte Burlin, of the police’s serious crimes department The Piteå newspaper.
The girl has been moved from IVA
The girl who was subjected to serious rape and attempted murder has been treated for serious injuries in the intensive care unit, but on Friday new information came that she has now been moved to another care unit.
